The Peacock Gudgeon, also known as the Peacock Goby, is an endemic tropical freshwater fish in the Eleotridae family. It is typically found in schools near the substrate in rivers and ponds in the eastern region of Papua New Guinea. With a maximum length of 7.5 cm, this species is best suited for smaller aquariums.
