Pseudotropheus crabro, sometimes called the hornet cichlid or bumblebee cichlid, is an endemic species of cichlid found only in Lake Malawi. It inhabits a variety of habitats, but is most commonly found around massive rocks or in enormous caves. The maximum length for this species is 16 centimeters (6.3 in) SL.
