All livestock this includes plants are shipped with an overnight delivery service we use Team Global Express as our delivery partner to ship out all aquatic life.
What If Nobody Is Home To Sign The Consignment?
Not to worry! By default, we ship all orders under “Authority To Leave” (ATL) terms. This grants our courier the permission to leave your parcel at your front doorstep if nobody is home to sign the consignment.
We are unfortunately unable to ship to P.O boxes with this service your order needs to addressed to a physical address, your order can be sent to your home, office, or workplace.
Our shipping facilities are spread out across Australia we work with suppliers in all major cities of Australia as well as many breeders in our network with this in mind depending on what's in your order(s) your shipment may be split into multiple boxes depending on which facility will be used to fulfil your order.
We take the utmost care in packaging our livestock orders. They are double-bagged, fitted with a heat pack in the cooler months, and injected with pure grade oxygen, ensuring they can last at least 48 hours in transit.
Once your order has been packed & dispatched by our friendly team you will receive a tracking number from there you can track your order right to your doorstep. If you don't see a tracking number it simply means your order hasn't yet been sent we will send you a tracking number by 9PM of the day we dispatch your order.
The cost of delivery is $22.00 this is a flat rate so 1 or 50 fish shipping stays the same. There's no minimum cost of ordering you can order as much or as little as you like, we can deliver to anywhere in Australia remote or metropolitan we’ve got it covered! 🐠
